I had such a wonderful experience with Charlevoix Floral! I stopped in because I wanted to order flowers for a wonderful doctor in town, and the team was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful from the moment I walked in. I was delighted that my sister ordered flowers from a local business. But it disappointed me that the roses in my arrangement wilted after just one day.... I watered the arrangement upon arrival and have done so every day since. I don't think the roses were as fresh as I would have expected, which is disappointing, because I'm sure my sister spent a lot of money on it.

Staff and the manager were kind and mostly helpful, but ordering online and believing the photos provided with the descriptions proved to be a terribly disappointing experience. I was held accountable for not knowing that a Fall arrangement would be bright pink, yellow, purple, and orange, when all photos shown to me during my ordering process featured FALL colored arrangements. I spent $126 and change, only to have my daughter sadly question why I would send her a sparse Spring arrangement. My daughter was offered a $10 gift certificate.
